These leadership skills can be learned at our People and Leadership workshop. Held over two days, this workshop will help you to gain a thorough understanding of leadership and performance management, covering topics such as setting performance expectations, up-skilling staff, legal obligations and measuring success. On completion of this course, you’ll know how to put management structures in place that allow you to effectively lead and inspire your team.
